Archiving
Archiving a room is an Admin privilege.
Follow these steps to Archive your data room.
Note that this will add the reports during this process, and depending on the room size, this process takes a relative amount of time to occur in a longer time frame.
- Left menu, select "Documents"
- Top right, select the room you wish to archive
- Select "Edit Room" on the left side of your upper menu
- The archive tab will appear
- Start archive
- Be careful to wait until your "Archive Sent" in green appears.
- The archive will be available for download to your local machine for 48 hours.
