Resetting Your Password
Failed Credentials
Instructions for Logging into the Previously Saved Credentials (If Applicable):
- If you had accessed the platform before and saved your credentials in your browser, it is recommended that you delete them before proceeding. This prevents the browser from auto-filling incorrect information, which can cause failed login attempts.
Resetting your system login password is easy: click the "Reset Password" link above the Password field on the login screen.
Step 1: A new message will load. Enter the username or email associated with your system login and press the Submit button. You will receive an email containing a link to reset the password.
Once the success message appears, you will find an email in your inbox. Open the email and follow the link provided.
Following the link provided, you will be able to create a new password. Once you have chosen your new password, complete the process by pressing the purple button.
A success message will appear with an option to return to login and use your new password.
