Password Management
With all Vault Rooms accounts, basic password criteria have been established to enforce industry standard password complexity. These include a minimum of 8 characters, upper case letters, and a number. Our system will also require the user to change their password every 90 days.
Password Management offers you increased password policy controls with customizable settings. With Password Management you can further control password complexity, password expirations, password usage and inactivity requirements for your account. You can also require your users to create a security question and answer for additional login security.
Matching your Vault Rooms password requirements to your corporate password criteria helps standardize your password usage across your organization.
Password Management is a feature available with our Pro Packages or as an upgrade.
