Document Viewer
Vault Rooms' Document Viewer feature allows users to view high quality previews of available documents in their browser without having to download them and open another application.
The Document Viewer presents a scrollable full screen view of types of documents (pdf, word, excel, power point, etc.) and allows restrictions to be applied to individual documents to control printing, downloading and even text selection.
Additionally, the Dynamic Watermarking available in the Vault Rooms application is stamped on each page of the document in the viewer as well as in printed copies of the documents.
An added benefit of using the Document Viewer is to provide users with the ability to search for specific content within a document they are viewing. Thumbnails in the Document Viewer will also present a visual list of pages for easy page selection when documents include graphs, charts and images.
The Document Viewer is available for all accounts, so if this feature is not turned on for your account and you would like to use it, please contact our Customer Service Team.
