Downloading Files

To Download Files from the Vault Rooms application, navigate to the Documents Screen. 

Select the folder in the folder tree that contains the file(s) you want to download.

Select the desired file(s) using (shift+click) or (ctrl+click).

Click the "Download" button. If multiple files were selected, all files will be downloaded as a "Zip" file.

Note: If downloading has been restricted for your user account or any of the files has a "No-Download" override, certain files will not be added to the zip. 

Downloading Files by Folder
To Download entire Folders from the Vault Rooms application, navigate to the Documents Screen. 

Select the folder in the folder tree that contains the folders/file(s) you want to download, and click the "Download" button. 

Choose to include sub-folders or just download the parent folder. (folder structure will be kept)

Click the "Download" button.

A "Zip" file of the parent folder and any sub-folders(if included) will download to your computer.

Note: If your user account has been restricted from downloading documents or the file has a "No-Download" override, certain files will not be added to the zip.
