Removing Access vs. Deleting Users
Removing a user's access to a data room is simple.
1) Select the data room in the drop-down
2) Select the users to remove access (shift+click) or (ctrl+click)
3) Click the trash can icon which will remove access to the selected room for the selected users
Verify the confirmation is titled Remove User Access before clicking the "Proceed" button on the to move forward with removing the selected user's access. A confirmation key may be required per the account administrator.
Deleting a user from the application will not impact the historical data collected.
1) All Account Users must be selected in the drop-down to delete the user profile
2) Select the users to delete (shift+click) or (ctrl+click)
3) Click the trash can icon which will delete the selected user profiles
