Editing File Settings
To edit or update file settings, navigate to the file you wish to edit, highlight the row and click "Edit" button in the menu above. The "Edit File" modal popup will be presented.
The Basic Tab
here you can edit the name of the file, add/edit the file description or replace the current file.
The Security Tab
Here you can change the Security Level of a file or add/edit the file's Security Sections.
The Doc Tags Tab
Here you can update document tag selections.
The Overrides Tab
Here you can set overrides at the file level.
The Notifications Tab
Here you can check this box to notify users with email notifications turned on that there has been an update to this file
PDF Options Tab
If you see a PDF Options tab, you are not currently using the Document Viewer. Please contact our Support Team if you would like to turn the viewer on. If you are not using the viewer, you can turn watermark on/off for the selected file on the PDF Options tab.
