Subsciption Management
If you are on one of Vault Rooms' standard plans, you are now able to manage your subscription from within the application. You can edit your subscription (number of rooms, GBs of storage, admins, and users) and manage your payment method from the simple drop down menu on the top right.
After you click the Subscription option in the drop down menu, you will be presented with the Subscription Management Screen which will allow you to review your current plan and make any appropriate changes.
If you don't see the Subscription option in your menu, you may not be the billing contact for your account, or you may not be on a standard plan.
Simply contact our Accounting Team, and we can discuss available options to have you managing your subscription directly.
