External File Upload Feature
Vault Rooms' External File Upload feature allows admins to create a URL link that individuals can use to upload files to a data room securely. This link can be placed in an email signature and, when used allows files to be securely uploaded to a data room by anyone provided the link. The individual using the link does not need a user account on the Vault Rooms platform.
This feature is available as an upgrade.
