Adding a Folder

To add a new folder, first select "Documents" from the menu bar on the left and make sure the room you wish to add a folder to is the room that is selected from the drop down on the right. Note: if you only have one room, you will now see a drop down room selector.

To add a parent level folder, make sure the room is selected in the folder list. To add a sub-folder, select the folder in which the sub-folder should be created.  Click the "Add Folder" button on the menu bar above it.

The "Add Folder" window will be displayed.  Within this window, you can enter a Folder Name and Folder Description.

To save your new folder, click the "Save" button.

If you have created your folder in the wrong place, you can select the folder in the center panel and drag-n-drop it into the correct location.
