Custom Watermarking
Documents in a data room can contain a dynamic watermark which by default, displays the accessing user's given name, user name, IP address, date and time the document is accessed, and the word CONFIDENTIAL. This watermark is one of the best deterrents for unauthorized document sharing.
This watermark in the Vault Rooms system can be further customized. These customizations include watermark position (margin location or diagonal), color, transparency, and content controls (including additional custom fields).
Watermark customization is available as an upgrade.
