Task Management Screen

Tasks are reviewed and managed (created, assigned, edited, completed, etc.) on the The Task Management screen. This screen provides lists (by collection and for the entire room) of tasks. The status of each task is easily reviewed and the icons on the screen provide for various functions.

Collections are a way to group tasks by similarity or association.

This section can be collapsed to optimize viewing of tasks.

The Tasks area offers varying functionality based on whether you are a user or an administrator.  

The Task list presents an overview of current tasks in the room (or selected collection).

Tasks can be expanded to see additional details by clicking the task expander or double clicking the task.

The drop down menu next to the Add Task button (plus sign) offers several options for adding and editing tasks.

The Import Task button is also located on the Task menu bar.

The Task Summary Report can be run directly from the Task menu bar or from the Reports menu.

The Filter option on the Task menu bar offers several task filtering capabilities.

The columns that are included in the list of Tasks can be managed and task data can be exported using the hamburger menu to the right of the Status column above the task list.

Task / Request List Management is an add on feature for Owner and Lite Plans and is included in Pro Plans, but may need to be turned on. Please email our support team if you have any questions about adding or activating Task / Request List Management for your account.
