Projects can be viewed in a list form by choosing Projects from the Project Manager dropdown.

This list can be filtered by clicking on the Advanced Search button located at the top of the list. 

Fill out the field(s) you wish to filter by and click the Filter button. Results will show in the Projects list.

An existing project can be viewed by clicking on the  button next to the associated project.

A new project can be created by clicking on the Create Project button. A dialog box will open. Creating a new project is discussed here.
