Email Settings - CRM Gmail

Gmail Setup:

1. In Gmail settings, make sure IMAP is enabled.
  - Go to https://admin.google.com and log in with a G Suite admin account
  - From the Admin console dashboard, go to Apps > G Suite > Gmail > Advanced settings.
  - Select the organizational unit for which you want to configure settings in the Organizations section.
  - Under POP and IMAP Access, clear the check box to disable POP and IMAP access for all users in the domain.
2. Create and use app passwords
  - Go to your Google Account.
  - On the left navigation panel, choose Security.
  - Choose App passwords on the 'Signing in to Google' panel. ...
  - At the bottom, choose Other App and label it Cool Life CRM.
  - Choose Select device and choose the device that you're using.
  - Choose Generate.
3. In Profile in your Cool Life CRM Account (Top Right Person Icon), go to mail settings and enter the following information: 

Email Settings CRM
  - Incoming:
    Hostname: imap.gmail.com
    Account Type: IMAPS
    Port: 993
    Security Type: SSL no-validate
  - Outgoing
    SMTP Security Protocol: TLS
    SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
    SMTP Port: 587
    Use SMTP Authentication: Yes
4. Username and Password:
  - For Username:
    Enter your Full Gmail Address
  - For Password:
    Enter the App Password you Generated in Step 2.
5. Click Save
