Searching for Files
To easily search for documents in your Vault Room, first navigate to the Search Page.
Files can be searched for via file name, folder name, description, and document tags. You can also simply press enter in the blank search bar to populate with all accessible files. The default sort is by file name within a folder. Click the column name to resort the search results in descending order and a second click to remove the sort.
Files can be access from here, they can also be downloaded into a zip file. Select multiple files using (shift+click) or (ctrl+click) then click the download button. Note: If downloading has been restricted for your user account or any of the files has a "No-Download" override, certain files may not be added to the zip.
For Admins, files can be edited in batches from here as well. The info panel can also be expanded to display additional information for the selected file.
