David Cummings, President and CEO, has recruited the following experienced leaders in business growth and development, augmenting the company’s strategic expansion plans. 

 

Bud Shea joins Cool Life as Chief Operating Officer. Shea’s career spans data, process and operations. Shea integrated systems globally for customer and vendor data, creating a real-time system with access for MasterCard strategic partnerships. In Spain he worked for two years to normalize customer data for Grupo PRISA, covering some 900 media entities. As Director of Database Marketing at Ziff Davis Enterprise, his role included responsibility for the design of the corporate marketing database services, with full  budget and P&L oversight. His track record of achieving profit centers generating revenue above and beyond conventional marketing database practices with the use of a CRM and data marts. 

 

Andrew Goodenough joins Cool Life as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Goodenough brings senior-level expertise in business media and information. He was CEO of Summit Business Media, a private-equity backed B2B media company in the insurance, investment, mining, and legal sectors, with more than $100 million in revenue. Previous roles included CEO of Highline Business Media and Division President at Thomson Reuters. Goodenough’s experience includes M&A, financing, digital strategy, e-licensing, sales/marketing, and business development. Expertise in these activities is essential for the continued success of Cool Life CRM.
